The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales operations. This role involves direct interaction with clients to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Experience in sales and sales management Ability to conduct training sessions and develop training materials Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Previous experience in consultancy services is a plus
