Role Overview: We are seeking dynamic and driven professionals to join our growing team in a Sales & Business Development role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and leading the conversion of high-value projects that contribute to our mission of cleaner, healthier indoor spaces. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into successful sales. • Conduct on-site inspections to assess client requirements and propose tailored clean air solutions. • Present and pitch YOGa Clean Air products to architects, institutions, corporates, and HNIs. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. • Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation, pricing strategies, and project handovers. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. • Support marketing initiatives and brand visibility programs as required. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Any science stream, biotechnology or Business • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, HVAC, air quality solutions, or related technical industries. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Passionate about sustainability, health, and environmental innovation.
