Sales And Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our Sales and Marketing team in the role of Sales and Marketing Fresher. As part of our team based in Madipakkam, Chennai, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of the company. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, executing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and conducting market research to drive customer engagement and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in sales activities by identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and product demonstrations. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. - Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promoting products/services online and offline, and supporting the creation of marketing materials. - Address customer inquiries, provide solutions, conduct timely follow-ups, and maintain an updated customer database. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, monitor competitor activities, and suggest improvements in marketing tactics. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. - Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Knowledge of digital marketing or CRM tools is an added advantage.
