Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at IVillage. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales And Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our reach, growing our customer base, and building relationships with clients who value sustainability and social responsibility. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and has a genuine interest in supporting our mission. Business Development: Identify new potential clients, reach out to them, and expand the company’s client base. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend the best products to suit their requirements. Vendor Research: Conduct research on potential vendors to source high-quality materials and products for the company. Exhibitions & Networking: Participate in exhibitions, set up stalls, and actively network to build new connections and promote the brand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
