Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for an Online Sales Specialist at IVillage . The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and driving online sales, providing excellent customer service, and executing online marketing strategies. The role involves interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth online purchasing experience. Additionally, the Specialist will train and guide team members in sales techniques and customer engagement. Qualifications Hands-on experience with PPC campaign setup and optimization. Strong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies Experience in Online Marketing and digital sales platforms Ability to train and guide team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of eco-friendly products and sustainability practices is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1–5 years of experience in online sales or e-commerce operations.
