As a Sales and Marketing Specialist in the Building Material Industry for Indore and Bhopal locations, your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry. Additionally, you will need to identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and leveraging industry contacts. Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction material industry. - Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key stakeholders. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and leveraging industry contacts. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends. - Present product features, benefits, and customization options to prospective clients. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. - Negotiate and finalize deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. - Monitor peak construction areas of Bhopal and nearby towns, track competitor activity, and adapt strategies to stay competitive. - Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports using CRM software.
