The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD 3D and SketchUp , with the ability to convert client requirements into functional, aesthetic 3D designs. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and visually appealing 3D models for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior layouts. Understand client briefs and transform them into customized design solutions. Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities. Create realistic renderings for client presentations, approvals, and marketing purposes. Revise designs based on feedback from clients or internal stakeholders. Maintain an organized library of models, textures, and components for reuse. Requirements: AutoCAD 3D and SketchUp is Must; knowledge of Grasshopper and Rhino is an added advantage. Monitor peak construction areas of Indore and nearby towns, monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge, Skilled with searching residential under construction Bungalows Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports using CRM software. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction materials industry. Established network of contacts with architects, contractors, and construction industry professionals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can manage a project with oversight from proposal phase to construction administration.
