Job Summary:

Marketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for solar products and services.
• Identify potential clients through field visits, phone calls, and social media outreach.
• Present and explain company products to residential and commercial customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital campaigns.
• Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry insights.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

  Freshers are welcome (any internship or project in sales/marketing is a plus).

• Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15000 per month (For First 2 Month)
