Role Description

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for driving revenue and achieving team targets
Ability to conduct Training sessions to guide clients in using the ERP platform effectively
Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage tasks and navigate challenges effectively
Knowledge of the education technology sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
