Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering comprehensive training to teams or clients as necessary. The specialist will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building brand presence, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining up-to-date sales reports and driving consistent performance. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication. Customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proven expertise in sales and sales management strategies, including meeting and exceeding targets. Experience in training and mentoring sales team members to maximize their potential. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in the building materials or interior design industry is a plus.
