Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies to promote TICA’s innovative solutions. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, managing customer interactions, coordinating training programs, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company’s goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including familiarity with strategies to meet and exceed targets. Experience in conducting Training sessions and effectively transferring knowledge to teams. Understanding of the clean energy, HVAC, or sustainable energy sector is a plus. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and use of CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
