Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Jammu. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, engaging with prospective clients, managing customer relations, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include promoting products and services, conducting customer-focused training sessions, and overseeing effective sales management processes to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage client accounts
• Ability to deliver effective Training sessions to clients or teams as required
• Proven organizational and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is an added advantage
