Sales and Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for driving revenue and promoting travel and tourism services, including visa processing and holiday packages. Your role will involve identifying and approaching potential customers through various channels, such as online inquiries, phone calls, and in-person meetings. You will be expected to promote visa processing services and holiday packages tailored to client needs. Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and individual clients to ensure repeat business will be a key part of your responsibilities. Providing accurate information on travel destinations, visa requirements, pricing, and packages is essential. Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets are also crucial aspects of your role. Your marketing responsibilities will include creating and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on B2B marketing and conversion. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and advertisements. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry. - Strong knowledge of visa requirements and travel destinations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. - Passion for travel and providing excellent customer service.
