Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist

Location: Puthiyara , Calicut

Reports To: Sales Manager/Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing specialist to drive revenue and promote our travel and tourism services, including visa processing and holiday packages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the travel industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

1. Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including online inquiries, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

2. Promote visa processing services and holiday packages tailored to client needs.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients to ensure repeat business.

4. Provide accurate information on travel destinations, visa requirements, pricing, and packages.

5. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Marketing

6. Create and execute marketing

7. B2B Marketing and Conversion Strategy

B2B marketing focuses on promoting products or services to other businesses. Converting leads into customers in the B2B space requires a strategic approach due to longer sales cycles and decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders.

8Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and advertisements.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.

2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.

3. Strong knowledge of visa requirements and travel destinations.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.

6. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

7. Passion for travel and providing excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
