Sales And Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Professional (10–15 years’ experience) with strong dealer/channel management experience, entrepreneurial drive, and openness to AI-driven marketing and sales.

The role combines:

• Dealer sales (build, grow, and engage a strong dealer/distributor network)

• Institutional sales (garment factories, export houses, embroidery hubs, leather units)

• Consumer market growth (Beissel Home & King brands for home sewing users)

• Export support (working with overseas distributors and fairs)

Selling is powered by AI and social media—not by large field teams. Travel is required only for key dealer interactions and exhibitions to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer & Distributor Development

• Expand and manage dealer networks across India.

• Design and execute incentive schemes and loyalty programs.

2. AI & Digital-First Marketing

• Lead campaigns via WhatsApp CRM, chatbots, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Use analytics and AI to drive leads, content, and dealer engagement.

3. Institutional & Consumer Sales

• Grow sales to factories, exporters, and boutiques.

• Expand Beissel Home Sewing Machine among home sewing consumers.

4. Export Market Support

• Work with global distributors and represent Beissel at select international fairs.
