YOUR TASKS
Responsible for driving business growth through RFQ handling, key account management, and strategic sales initiatives in the automotive lighting segment. This role involves converting RFQs into profitable business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales margins while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
RFQ Management: Handle new RFQs from automotive OEMs and clients; ensure timely and accurate submission.
Business Conversion: Drive RFQ-to-business conversion with competitive pricing and value propositions.
Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with major automotive clients; act as primary point of contact.
Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Budget Planning & Tracking: Prepare annual sales budgets; monitor performance against targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for project execution.
Customer Communication: Ensure proactive and professional communication with customers regarding project status, deliveries, and issue resolution.
Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships through trust and service excellence.
Margin Assurance: Negotiate and finalize deals ensuring profitability and adherence to company margin guidelines.
B. Tech / BE with MBA/PGDM.
7-10 Years working experience in Automotive Organization
Strong understanding of automotive lighting products, technologies, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple RFQs and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis for sales tracking.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
