As a Lead Generation and Sales Specialist (B2B) at Maco Infotech Ltd located in New Delhi, you will assume a full-time role focused on sales activities. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks like prospecting, cultivating relationships, generating leads, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will strive to achieve sales targets and foster business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients within designated locations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective and existing customers in the assigned territory to promote and sell products/services. - Cultivate enduring customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction. - Identify and pursue new sales leads through diverse channels like networking and industry events. - Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. - Travel within the designated territory to meet clients, attend events, and conduct sales activities. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to meet customer expectations. - Maintain precise sales activity tracking, customer records, and deliver regular sales performance reports to management. Qualifications: - Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation/field sales within B2B sales. - Proficient in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition. - Achieve and surpass individual and team sales quotas in the assigned territory. - Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. - Knowledge of the software industry or related technology field is advantageous. - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant discipline. - Ability to meet sales targets and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated territory.
