We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & On-Field Marketing Representative to support BTL marketing activities for a leading commercial real-estate project.🔍 What You’ll DoEngage with potential customers through field visits, local business interactions, and market walksGenerate 80–120 qualified leads per monthExecute on-ground BTL activities: kiosks, leaflet distribution, events, bannersBook 20–25 monthly site visits with interested prospectsMaintain daily activity reports and share insights with the senior sales teamGather market intelligence and track competitor activities🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You HaveStrong communication skills in Gujarati / Hindi / EnglishConfidence to interact with SMEs, professionals, business ownersExperience in field sales / B2C or B2B outreach (preferred)Ability to work 6 days a week and travel within a 5–10 km radiusBasic smartphone/CRM usage skills📌 EligibilityMinimum: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)Experience: 6–24 months in field sales / BTL / on-ground marketingAge: 20–35 years⏰ Work Schedule6 Days/Week10 AM – 7 PMOn-Field Presence Required💸 CompensationFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000+ based on performanceTravel Allowance as per policy
