We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & On-Field Marketing Representative to support BTL marketing activities for a leading commercial real-estate project. 🔍 What You’ll Do Engage with potential customers through field visits, local business interactions, and market walks Generate 80–120 qualified leads per month Execute on-ground BTL activities: kiosks, leaflet distribution, events, banners Book 20–25 monthly site visits with interested prospects Maintain daily activity reports and share insights with the senior sales team Gather market intelligence and track competitor activities 🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have Strong communication skills in Gujarati / Hindi / English Confidence to interact with SMEs, professionals, business owners Experience in field sales / B2C or B2B outreach (preferred) Ability to work 6 days a week and travel within a 5–10 km radius Basic smartphone/CRM usage skills 📌 Eligibility Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred) Experience: 6–24 months in field sales / BTL / on-ground marketing Age: 20–35 years ⏰ Work Schedule 6 Days/Week 10 AM – 7 PM On-Field Presence Required 💸 Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000+ based on performance Travel Allowance as per policy
