You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for our B2B startup focused on empowering educational institutions. As a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Identify, connect, pitch, and onboard Engineering colleges and institutes. - Develop innovative strategies to engage potential colleges and institutes through various cost-effective channels. - Educate customers about the possibilities and potential of our platform. - Conduct live demos and address any technical queries from customers. - Handle objections, negotiate deals, and effectively convince prospects. - Execute end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to conversion. - Conduct field sales activities and nurture strong relationships with customers. - Provide product demos and customize features to align with customer requirements. - Maintain a high meeting-to-conversion ratio and ensure customer satisfaction. - Efficiently utilize CRM software and other relevant tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Marketing or related field preferred. - 0-1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the ed-tech domain and with Engineering colleges. - Strong knowledge of business development through various channels. - Proven track record of achieving a high lead-to-conversion ratio. - Experience in field sales, fluency in local languages like Hindi and English. - Basic technical knowledge and understanding of technology. - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. - Positive attitude, street-smart mentality, and a passion for sales and customer engagement.
