Role Overview
The Creative Content Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visually appealing, engaging, and impactful digital content. The role includes designing social media ads, educational presentations, infographics, and carousel-based creatives (both static and video). The designer will leverage both traditional design tools and Generative AI technologies to accelerate content creation, ensure consistency with brand identity, and maintain high creative quality.

Key Responsibilities
Design visually striking graphics tailored for social media advertising across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Prepare professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations, with a strong focus on clarity, storytelling, and brand alignment.
Create infographics to distill complex information into easy-to-understand visuals.
Develop carousel-based ads and short-form videos optimized for engagement and conversions.
Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) for ideation, copy, image generation, and video editing.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and education teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and platform-specific creative requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies
Design & Creativity
Strong sense of visual aesthetics: color, typography, layout, and composition.
Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, Figma, or similar.
Storyboarding and visual storytelling ability.
Content Creation
Experience designing social media ads optimized for performance.
Ability to create educational and corporate presentations with clear narrative flow.
Skilled in data visualization and infographic creation.
Knowledge of carousel design best practices (static + animated).
Generative AI
Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, text, and video generation.
Ability to prompt and fine-tune AI outputs to meet creative and brand standards.
Understanding of AI ethics, copyright, and responsible content usage.

Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Excellent time management; ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Educational Background & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
25 years of experience in digital content design, preferably in advertising, marketing, or e-learning.
Portfolio showcasing creative works (ads, infographics, presentations, videos).
