Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Thoothukudi. This role involves extensive travel across Tamil Nadu. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying business development opportunities throughout the region. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, providing training on products and services to internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer service to effectively address client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Demonstrated experience in sales with a proven record of achieving performance targets
• Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and prevailing industry trends
• Experience in training and knowledge transfer to support clients
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to diverse business environments
• Master’s degree in Shipping and Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
• Knowledge of the export import trade will be considered as an added advantage
