1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration
OR
B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
2. 5+ years in sales handling B2Channel and B2B sales
3. Strong understanding of channel marketing and distributor engagement
4. Experience in Building Material / Pipes Industry / Industrial Products will be an added advantage
1. Fluency in English
2. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
3. Confidence in cold calling and virtual presentations
4. Ability to understand product value and explain technical benefits clearly
5. Selling, Persuasion and Negotiation skills
6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
7. High Energy and Hospitable personality
8. Willingness to Learn and hungry for personal growth

1. Identify and reach out to potential dealers and distributors through calls, emails, and virtual platforms and effectively maintain the database for tracking and follow-up
2. Call or set up virtual meetings with potential customers to explain our products and understand their requirements
3. Onboard new channel partners and ensuring smooth integration into the Unipro sales network.
4. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular communication, follow-ups, and support.
5. Understand partner requirements, coordinate internally to ensure timely deliveries, track performance and take proactive steps to improve sales conversion and loyalty.
6. Stay informed about competitor activity and market developments to identify new opportunities or challenges.
7. Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
1. No. of qualified leads and positive discussions initiated per month
2. Number of virtual meetings / follow-up calls made with partners
3. No. of new dealers/distributors onboarded per month
4. New Revenue added per month
5. Aggregate revenue generation on a monthly basis
