Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients.Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.Achieve sales targets and quotas. Manage and track sales leads and pipelines using CRM systems.Prepare and deliver sales reports, sales strategies, and forecasts.Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services.Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer input and market needs.Requirements:Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience B2B SaaS Sales with a passion for tech and business developmentStrong understanding of sales techniques and CRM systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
