Job Description

As a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, or Executive in the Components Manufacturing industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales plans. This will involve setting sales goals, creating strategies to achieve those goals, and effectively managing the sales pipeline. Additionally, you will be in charge of hiring, training, coaching, and motivating the sales team to reach their targets. Building and nurturing strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, fostering rapport, and ensuring customer satisfaction will be crucial in this role. Another key aspect of your job will be to identify new business opportunities by prospecting for new customers, exploring new markets, and securing new business ventures. Collaboration with other departments such as marketing, engineering, and production teams will be essential to ensure that sales efforts are in sync with overall business objectives. You will also need to analyze sales data, monitor performance, identify trends, and provide reports to enhance sales strategies. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, new technologies, and market changes will be necessary for your success in this role. Strong leadership and management skills are required to effectively lead and motivate the sales team. You should possess excellent sales and negotiation skills to close deals and negotiate contracts successfully. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be vital for building relationships with customers and team members. Analytical skills are essential to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies. A deep understanding of the components manufacturing industry and the sales process is crucial. Previous experience in a sales management position, preferably within the manufacturing industry, is required, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business or marketing. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts, fixed shifts, and weekend availability. A performance bonus is also provided. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location will be in person.,
