Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will involve promoting and selling electrical panels and switchgear products to clients within Raipur and nearby areas (up to a 50 km radius). The ideal candidate will possess a passion for field sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the electrical or construction industry. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential clients such as builders, contractors, and consultants, promoting and selling electrical panels and switchgear products, conducting regular field visits to generate leads and close sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and preparing and submitting sales reports and market feedback to management. Your target clients will mainly consist of builders, electrical contractors, and project consultants involved in residential, commercial, or industrial projects within a 50 km radius from Raipur. You should be prepared to travel locally and nearby for field visits to ensure effective sales coverage. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in field sales, preferably in electrical or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and the willingness to travel regularly within the designated sales territory. The minimum educational qualification required for this position is 12th pass or a Graduate in any discipline. A technical background or knowledge of electrical products will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts. The work location will be in person.,
