Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through innovative sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across various markets.
  • Lead outside sales efforts, establishing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts through effective account management.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture with clear goals and accountability.
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, utilizing digital marketing tools and Salesforce to track leads, analyze data, and refine outreach efforts.
  • Conduct technical sales presentations and negotiations with clients, demonstrating product value propositions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with previous leadership roles in sales teams or departments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and content development.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
  • Experience in business development, account management, and technical sales environments.
  • Strong analysis skills for interpreting market data and making strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to lead innovative sales initiatives while shaping the company's growth trajectory through strategic marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
