Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Executive at AEZ Deco, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, attracting customers, and supporting sales efforts through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and special offers. - Collaborate with designers and agencies to create promotional materials. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. - Analyze competitors" strategies and provide insights for improvement. - Manage and update company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). - Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints related to marketing campaigns. - Organize and oversee in-store events, product launches, and seasonal promotions. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. - Manage promotional materials to support in-store and online sales activities. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. - Prepare reports on marketing performance and return on investment (ROI). Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Experience: Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or branding is preferred. - Key Skills: Strong creativity, proficiency in digital marketing and social media management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior, knowledge of marketing tools like Canva, Photoshop, and digital analytics.
