Sales and Marketing Manager

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at HydroFresh, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative, sustainable, and health-oriented water purification and eco-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through fieldwork, digital platforms, and referrals. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting HydroFresh products and services. - Conducting client meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Collaborating with distributors, resellers, and channel partners. In terms of marketing duties, you will be expected to: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product reach. - Plan and execute online and offline campaigns such as digital ads, events, and exhibitions. - Create content for promotional materials, social media, and email marketing. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. - Coordinate with the design and product teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - A proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in consumer goods, water purifiers, or health-related products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivation, target-orientation, and the ability to work well in a team.
