Sales and Marketing Manager Architecture Division As a Sales and Marketing Manager for our Architecture division based in Lucknow, you will play a key role in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate our brand within the architecture industry. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, converting leads into long-term clients, and finalizing contracts. You will also be tasked with conceptualizing and implementing marketing campaigns to showcase our architectural services, managing our online presence and social media platforms, and collaborating on branding efforts to solidify our market presence. In addition to sales and marketing, you will be responsible for managing client relationships with architects, builders, and other stakeholders. Attending industry events and networking sessions will be crucial in expanding our client base. Conducting market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences will also be part of your role, with regular reporting on sales performance and market insights. Collaboration with the design and operations teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA with a minimum of 6-8 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within the architecture or construction industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies are desired. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure are also important qualities.
