Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities including doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients.
  • Generate referrals and increase footfall for diagnostic tests, health checkups, and wellness packages.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, and institutions.
  • Regularly visit referral partners (clinics/hospitals) to strengthen partnerships.
  • Address client requirements, queries, and service issues promptly.
  1. Marketing & Promotion

  • Conduct promotional activities like health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community awareness programs.
  • Distribute brochures, information material, and promotional offers to increase visibility.
  • Work closely with the marketing team for campaigns and events.
  1. Operational Support

  • Coordinate with the diagnostic center team to ensure smooth service delivery for referred patients.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve service quality.
  • Maintain records of leads, referrals, and business development activities.
  1. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, conversions, and revenue generated.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Science, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in

    business development/sales

    (healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication and networking skills may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tests, medical terminology, and health care industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Work Environment

  • Office-based with frequent field visits to doctors, hospitals, corporates, and community events.
  • Requires flexibility to travel within assigned territory.
