High-performing Sales Leader to help meeting the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the organization competitive and innovative. Sales leader will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, constructing detailed Account and Sales plans and achieving the targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve growth and hit sales targets

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence

Work with BPM local BUs and establish deep relationships for new revenue

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through Consulting level partnerships

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast timely reports

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Professional Experience/Qualifications :

Bachelor s Degree / Master s in Business Administration from a premier institute will be preferred

5+ years of relevant in IT Sales working with IT Services organization/s

Successful previous experience as a sales hunter, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Experience in customer relationship management

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execute
