Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Security & IFM ServicesJob Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Security Services and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting a range of facility services including security, housekeeping, technical maintenance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across sectors like corporate offices, residential complexes, malls, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
  • Sell services such as manned guarding, electronic surveillance, housekeeping, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and other IFM solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and prepare customized proposals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies in coordination with operations and management teams.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote IFM and security offerings.
  • Create and manage promotional materials, presentations, and client communications.
  • Increase brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, and industry events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the security or IFM industry.
  • Good understanding of the IFM landscape and client needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-driven and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Valid driving license (if fieldwork is required).

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time role
  • Office-based with regular client visits
  • Working days: [e.g., Monday to Saturday]
  • Location: [Mohali Chandigarh]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
