Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

Role Overview: Zenith Forex, a leading foreign exchange company under Zenith Leisure Holidays Ltd., is seeking a Retail/Corporate Sales professional to implement sales and marketing strategies for the foreign exchange business at the branch/area level in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. As part of the Sales Department, your primary responsibilities include identifying and approaching education counsellors, corporate clients, and travel agents to promote forex products and services, conducting client meetings, increasing prepaid travel card sales, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach education counsellors, corporate clients, and travel agents to promote forex products and services. - Conduct focused client meetings to ensure time-bound onboarding and achieve sales volume and revenue goals. - Dedicate efforts to increase prepaid travel card sales. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets. - Present and explain forex products and services to potential clients. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven sales experience, preferably in the forex or financial services industry. - Strong understanding of the forex market and related products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
