Job Description

As a Management Trainee (Sales) at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Learning and understanding the company's products, services, and sales processes. - Supporting the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach. - Assisting in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients. - Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and target customers. - Following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. - Tracking and reporting daily sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets. - Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance product and sales knowledge. - Analyzing sales data and providing insights to improve conversion rates and revenue growth. - Developing a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
