Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

You will play a crucial role in EazyDiner's growth journey as a Sales Management Trainee. Your responsibilities will include generating new leads, onboarding restaurants to the EazyDiner platform, maintaining client relationships, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and onboard restaurants to the EazyDiner platform. - Visit restaurants, pitch EazyDiner's offerings, and negotiate commercial deals. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Stay informed about food & beverage industry trends. - Design value-driven offerings for partner restaurants. - Monitor competition and develop strategies to maintain EazyDiner's leadership position. - Submit timely sales reports to the Sales Manager. - Achieve monthly targets including restaurant onboarding, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and corporate partnerships. - Keep partner restaurant information updated. - Collaborate with the Concierge team to convert guest queries into reservations. - Handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA/Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Passion for the food & beverage industry. - Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
