Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling outgoing and incoming customers"/target customers" calls, professionally interacting with customers to pitch services, addressing queries, and providing information about products/services. Additionally, you will manage email communications effectively, coordinate with customers for meeting schedules, prepare and send quotations to potential clients, assist in resolving customer queries efficiently, collaborate with the sales team to strategize sales plans, track and report on sales activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer engagement data collection work, and market research. Achieving sales targets is a prime responsibility.
