Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, and wholesale partners.
• Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend industry trade shows (online or in person), virtual meetings, and client pitches.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
• Track sales targets, pipelines, and generate regular reports using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (or pursuing MBA for intern role)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field (for intern/junior executive roles)
• 0–2 years of experience in B2B international sales (internships or entry-level accepted)
• Prior exposure to the fashion/textile/apparel industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools , and email marketing tools
