Role Overview:-We’re seeking a Content Strategist who lives and breathes social media trends and knows how to turn insight into scroll-stopping content. You will work closely with our marketing and graphics teams to craft compelling content strategies that boost engagement, build brand presence, and align with Cohyve’s mission. Key Responsibilities:-Ideate and develop engaging content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).Conduct competitor and industry research to identify viral/trending content strategies used by startups and similar businesses.Align all content with Cohyve’s brand voice, themes, and visual identity.Collaborate with the marketing team to build and execute content calendars and campaign strategies.Coordinate closely with graphic designers to bring content ideas to life with strong visual assets.Analyze engagement metrics and use insights to iterate and improve content performance.Contribute to increasing reach, community growth, and overall engagement across marketing channels. Requirements:-1–3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media management (startup experience a plus).Strong understanding of current trends, memes, and viral formats on social platforms.Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
