Role Description


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to join our team remotely. The intern will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This includes assisting with HR policies, handling employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. Additionally, the intern will help maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with internal policies, and contribute to broader HR functions as needed.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in managing employee benefits and personnel files.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external HR regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.


You're a Good Fit If You Are


  • A student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field.
  • Interested in gaining real-world HR/Admin experience in a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Able to commit 30-40 hours/week remotely.
  • Collaborative, eager to learn, and comfortable communicating professionally.


Qualifications


  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems and HR policies.
  • Knowledge or experience in employee benefits and personnel management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
