Role Description

This is a fully remote, performance-based internship opportunity for the position of Sales and Marketing Intern

The intern will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to:

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, messages, and digital platforms
  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies
  • Perform competitor and market research
  • Support outreach campaigns and lead generation
  • Contribute to the development of marketing content and collaterals
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions and feedback
  • Assist in onboarding and communication flows for new clients or partners


Duration

Three months (Internship duration may be extended or lead to a PPO based on performance)

Work Mode

Remote (Work from Home)

Incentive Structure

This is a performance-based paid internship


Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with client-facing roles over calls, video, and text
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Interest in sales, marketing, and education technology
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and digital marketing platforms will be considered a bonus


Learning & Exposure

  • Deep exposure to B2B sales and ed-tech business operations
  • Experience working with real-time clients and campaigns
  • Hands-on mentoring from sales and marketing heads
  • Opportunity to work closely with founders, leaders, and partner institutions
  • Certificate of completion and recommendation letter (based on performance)
