Role Description

We’re looking for dynamic, confident, and outgoing interns who love to talk, connect, and create an impact. As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll be the face of Hunar — engaging with students, colleges, and institutions to spread awareness about our programs and build meaningful connections, fix meetings which will generate revenue. This is a perfect opportunity to enhance your communication, presentation, and life skills while learning the real-world dynamics of marketing and sales in the education industry

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Hunar’s services through engaging marketing campaigns and on-ground activities.
• Visit colleges and institutes to interact with students and faculty about Hunar’s offerings.
• Conduct meetings with potential customers of Hunar leading to revenue generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Support digital and social media marketing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing career counseling events, workshops, and seminars.
• Track leads, maintain reports, and contribute innovative marketing ideas.

Who Can Apply

• Students or fresh graduates (preferably BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
• Energetic, confident, and eager to learn.
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with student interaction and fieldwork.
• Prior experience in marketing, event management, or counseling is a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong network with colleges & institutions.
