Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales and Marketing Intern and HR Intern for a 3-month internship at The Unity Wave in Noida. As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing the employee life cycle. This includes responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your aim will be to create a positive and productive work environment for all employees. On the other hand, as a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be involved in two distinct yet interdependent functions. The marketing department focuses on building brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with potential customers. Meanwhile, the sales department is responsible for converting these leads into customers, driving revenue, and achieving business objectives such as market share, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Both departments collaborate closely to meet overall organizational goals. This internship offers a flexible working schedule (Hybrid) and a stipend based on performance.
