Sales And Marketing Intern

You will be joining Esenca Skin Sciences Pvt. Ltd., a skincare company based in Navi Mumbai that focuses on creating gentle, nourishing products for sensitive and dry skin under the Cerulean brand. Your role will involve supporting the Sales & Marketing teams by assisting in lead identification, nurturing leads, and engaging with clients. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales operations, CRM workflows, digital marketing, and strategic planning. Your key duties will include conducting market research to identify leads, contributing to the design of marketing assets, participating in the preparation of pitches and proposals for client meetings, assisting in promotional events, tracking performance metrics, providing administrative support, and collaborating with different departments within the company. The ideal candidate for this role is an excellent verbal and written communicator, organized, and proactive. You should be comfortable using digital platforms, social media, and analytics, as well as being a creative thinker, resilient under pressure, and a fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
