Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing specialist at Esenca Skin Sciences Pvt Ltd located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as performance management, data analysis, and performance testing to enhance marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities- Freelance Performance Marketing Campaing strategy and Execution Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) YouTube, or Pinterest (if relevant) Develop full-funnel strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROAS (return on ad spend). Performance tracking and Optimization Monitor key metrics daily: CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, CAC, etc. Continuously test creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance. Identify underperforming ads and pivot quickly using data. A/B testing and Experimentation Run structured A/B tests for: Ad copy and visuals Landing pages Offer types (e.g. discounts vs bundles) Reporting and Insights Deliver weekly or bi-weekly reports with actionable insights. Provide clear recommendations to improve ad efficiency and scale results. Collaborations and communication Work closely with internal teams (brand, content, product) to align messaging and offers. Brief content creators on what ad creatives are needed based on data trends. Budget management Manage and allocate ad spend effectively across channels to hit targets. Recommend reallocation based on channel performance and business goals.
