Role Overview: As an Inhouse Social Media Content Creator at Esenca Skin Sciences Pvt Ltd in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance content effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and develop content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blog, and email. - Create visually appealing photos and videos showcasing skincare routines, tutorials, product benefits, and before/after results. - Ensure alignment of content with the brand's voice, identity, and skincare education objectives. - Manage end-to-end content production including scripting, shooting, and editing, especially for short-form videos. - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and R&D to highlight new launches and key ingredients. - Consistently post content across social media platforms and monitor performance metrics like engagement, reach, and saves to make necessary adjustments. - Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and initiating skincare conversations. - Collaborate with influencers, dermatologists, and user-generated content creators for various campaigns. - Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Social Media Management and Content Creation. - Experience in developing social media strategies and managing social media accounts. - Basic video editing skills. - Knowledge of social media operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Strong collaborative work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
