Role Objective

To translate Anantē’s design ethos into emotionally intelligent, visually premium content across platforms, while ensuring engagement growth, audience resonance, and platform fidelity.

Core ResponsibilitiesPrimary

• Produce 12–15 content pieces/month across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Lead execution of a minimum 4 on-site video and photo shoots per month (covering interior details, architecture, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle environments)
• Build brand resonance through reels, carousels, statics, and narrative-driven captions
• Maintain visual and tonal fidelity with Anantē’s luxury design philosophy across all assets

Secondary

• Manage content calendar in 2-week advance cycles
• Draft narrative-rich captions with a clear emotional or poetic CTA
• Run monthly reports to track KPIs and adapt creative strategy accordingly

Tertiary

• Engage in 30 meaningful outbound interactions per day (comments, DMs, account engagement)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, architects, founders
• Maintain brand asset hygiene and ensure timely file delivery

Required Proficiency

• Reels creation, short-form content writing, and visual direction
• Video shooting proficiency using gimbals, DSLRs, phone rigs, and ambient light setups
• Design sensibility rooted in luxury or spatial disciplines
• Content publishing via Meta Suite, LinkedIn backend, Google Workspace
• Content planning via Notion or equivalent project management tools

Success Metrics

• +2% monthly net IG follower growth
• 2+ reels/month with >10K reach
• 3.5%+ IG engagement rate
• 75%+ first-pass approval on creative drafts
• 100% calendar and reporting compliance
• Minimum 4 on-site shoots/month (photo + video)
