Associate Principal Architect

Anantē Designs is a Pune-based luxury architecture and interior design studio renowned for creating elegant, bespoke spaces that blend functionality with timeless aesthetics. Founded by Pratul Bajaj and Neelam Kshirsagar, the firm specializes in high-end residences, boutique commercial projects, and turnkey solutions, delivering designs that reflect each client’s unique story and lifestyle. We are looking for senior leadership role in capacity of associate principal architect.

The Associate Principal Architect is a senior leadership role that bridges strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and high-level design leadership. This role supports the Principal Architect in steering the overall vision, quality, and profitability of projects, while also mentoring teams and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Leadership ( Min. Experience 10 years )

• Work closely with the Principal Architect on firm-wide strategy, positioning, and growth.
• Participate in business development — networking, client outreach, proposal writing, and pitching.
• Help shape the firm's design philosophy, processes, and culture.

2. Project & Design Leadership

• Lead large-scale or high-profile projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence.
• Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide critical design reviews and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary client contact for major projects.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and negotiations with clients and consultants.
• Resolve conflicts or issues at the senior level to maintain strong client trust.

4. Team Mentorship & Development

• Mentor junior architects, project managers, and designers.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Promote collaboration across disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors, landscape).

5. Quality & Risk Management

• Ensure all designs meet firm standards, safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality control in documentation and execution phases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
