Job Description

As the Sales and Marketing Head, your role is crucial in establishing a strong team to achieve monthly sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing new markets and channel partners, promoting the brand, launching new products, accelerating growth, and achieving desired sales goals. You will also need to activate internal verticals like loyalty, referrals, and channel partners to generate regular business. It is essential to stay updated on market trends to gather intelligence reports on competition and devise strategies to counter them. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating pre-launch and after-sales strategies to maintain positive client relations. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and marketing of the residential site through various verticals - Managing the sales team, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales - Networking with corporate, HNI, and other clients for project marketing and sales - Planning and implementing strategies for new project launches, focusing on project marketing and sales planning - Establishing relationships with all distribution partners - Designing sales strategies, marketing plans, inventory strategies, etc. - Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales cycle - Creating a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates team members for high performance - Formulating strategies to explore new market segments and customer groups for business expansion through campaigns and grass-root sales network development - Conducting negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings Qualification Required: - MBA with at least 6-10+ years of relevant experience in sales with a renowned developer or channel partner, including team management - Experience in activating channel partners in Navi Mumbai - Knowledge of consumer trends, trade practices, and sales forecasting techniques - Strong people management, cross-functional project management, leadership, analytical, and entrepreneurial skills - Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Please note that the salary range for this position is Rs. 9.5 Lakh to Rs. 12 Lakh per annum. This is a full-time, permanent role with day shift timings.
