Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive – Steel Doors Location: Nagarbhavi Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager Job Type: Full-Time ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our high-quality steel door products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Sales: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. • Meet with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and end-users to promote steel doors. • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. • Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in coordination with management. Marketing: • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. • Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and digital content. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. • Work with the digital team to enhance online visibility through SEO, social media, and paid ads. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in construction materials or doors/windows. • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and construction industry networks. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to read technical drawings and understand specifications (a plus). • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. ⸻ Key Competencies: • Target-driven and self-motivated • Strong organizational and time management skills • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability • Confidence and professionalism in client interactions • Team player with a proactive attitude ⸻ Compensation: • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Allowances (travel, communication, etc.) • Professional development opportunities
